Covering all residential and commercial zones across Lahore, including but not limited to Johar Town, DHA (Phases 1–9), Gulberg, Model Town, Cantt, Bahria Town, Wapda Town, Faisal Town, Garden Town, Allama Iqbal Town, Shadman, Cavalry Ground, PCSIR, Lake City, and surrounding union councils.
150+ Cities Across Pakistan
Servicing all major metropolitan centers and secondary hubs across Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, and the Islamabad Capital Territory. International Shipping Notice: Medikart does not provide international shipping. All medicine deliveries, transactions, and logistics are strictly restricted to delivery addresses located within Pakistan.
2. Delivery Timelines & Transit Schedules
In compliance with our verified operational commitments and Google Merchant Center transparency mandates, our delivery schedules are standardized as follows:

Operational Clarifications:
- Operating Window: Our dispatch operations run Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM PKT.
- Evening Orders (Lahore): Orders confirmed in Lahore after the 8:00 PM PKT cut-off will be scheduled for morning dispatch starting at 9:00 AM PKT the following business day.
- Nationwide Courier Handover: Courier pickups occur daily Monday to Saturday at 5:00 PM PKT. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT are handed over to couriers the next business day.
- Sundays & National Gazetted Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are processed first thing on the following business morning.

5. Regulatory Fulfillment & Packaging Safety
Prescription Requirement (Rx Gating): Products classified as prescription medicines cannot be dispatched without a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner (MBBS/BDS). Prescriptions must be submitted through our Instant Order verification portal.
Cold-Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Medications: Biological products, insulins, and temperature-sensitive medications requiring cold-chain preservation (2°C – 8°C) are dispatched using specialized insulated thermal containers and ice packs. To protect clinical efficacy, cold-chain deliveries are restricted exclusively to intra-city Lahore express delivery.
Controlled Substances & Schedule X Policy: In strict compliance with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) regulations, controlled narcotics, habit-forming sedatives, and Schedule X pharmaceuticals are strictly prohibited from online cataloging, sale, and shipping.
6. Delivery Attempts, Damaged Shipments & Cancellations
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to two (2) delivery attempts to reach you at the provided shipping address and contact telephone number. If a customer is unreachable, not present, or unresponsive after repeated attempts, the shipment is returned to the fulfillment pharmacy. Customers requesting redelivery will be charged a standard PKR 250 re-dispatch fee.
Damaged, Broken, or Unsealed Parcels
We inspect every parcel before dispatch. However, if your order arrives with visible carton damage, broken seals, or leaking liquids, please refuse the delivery and immediately photograph the packaging. If discovered upon opening, you must notify Medikart Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Verified damaged items are replaced promptly at no additional cost.
Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to pharmacy dispatch by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or telephone. Once an order has been verified, packed, and handed over to the courier rider, the order cannot be recalled in transit.
